CIH Euronics Awarded Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award

Combined Independents (Holdings) Ltd (CIH), the electrical buying group, part of Euronics, Europe's largest electrical buying group, has won the Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award, an independent seal of excellence, which recognises businesses that consistently deliver a world-class customer experience.
Established in 2014, the Trusted Service Awards collect verified reviews and feedback from customers, offering real trust and reassurance for customers in the service quality of their award winners. Feefo has presented Gold Trusted Service Awards to businesses that have collected at least 50 reviews between January 1st 2023 and December 31st 2023, with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 5.
The Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award is the latest recognition of Euronics members commitment to customer service, Paul Tyler, CEO of CIH comments “We are truly honoured to be recognised by all the Feefo reviews that have led to us receiving this award.
